PURCHASING A DRESS

Our dresses are only available for order through our authorised retailers. Counterfeit websites may use our photographs or our registered name,  but these are NOT authorised retailers and purchasing from these internet sellers is not a risk worth taking. 

SIZING & FIT

Our adult dresses are available in sizes UK8-22. Flower girl and junior dressses are available in size 2-12 (our tailor made service is available if you are not in the size range). Most Lanico dresses are available in three different lengths: full length, tea length and knee length, unless otherwise noted in the description. Full length measures from underarm to hem.
 

DELIVERY

Made to Order: Made to Order dresses are generally shipped 6-8 weeks from the time you place your order.

Rush Delivery: Rush delivery is available on most made to order styles, unless otherwise noted in the description. Rush Orders are shipped approximately 3-6weeks from the time you place your order. Please contact your local  authorised retailers or Lanico Stylist to inquire about a Rush Order. 

In-stock/Returnable Merchandise: In-stock dresses and accessory orders are shipped 1-3 business days from date of order. These items are 100% returnable within 14 working days of receiving your order (all fabric and swatch orders are final sale, non-returnable).

MADE TO ORDER DRESSES VS. IN-STOCK DRESSES

Made to order dresses are ordered through Lanico, meaning that they are made per order, and therefore are not stock items. Made to order dresses are delivered approximately 6-8 weeks from the confirmed order date, and all sales are final.

In-stock/Returnable dresses are stocked by Lanico for immediate delivery. In-stock dresses ship immediately, and are available through authorised Lanico retailers. In-stock dresses are 100% returnable.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

1. IN-STOCK DRESSES

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact us for a Return Number, its fast and easy!

If you wish to exchange your item with other colour, size or even a tailor made item, just contact us for an Exchange Number.
Need the replacement urgently? We suggest exchanging it for an in-stock item. Another way of getting your replacement quickly is placing a new order and send the unwanted one back for refund.
 
We are happy to offer refund or exchange under below conditions,

 1). Item is in its original condition: has not been worn, does not smell of cologne, perfume, smoke or any other odour. It has no stains, holes, make up marks or other blemishes; tags must be on;
 2). Return or Exchange Number is required (apply within 7 working days after receiving it);
 3). Item must not be Made to Measure, non-standard colored or Hygiene; 
 4). Return within 14 working days of receiving it. 
 
Please read when you return your item,
 1). We suggest sending the parcel back to us via recorded delivery, as we can take no responsibility for the parcel until we receive it;
 2). We do not refund postage, shipping cost for return or exchange is on customer's own expense.

2. MADE TO ORDER DRESSES

Made to order dresses are not refundable/exchangable, the sales are final. 

3. FAULTY DRESSES

If you think you received a faulty item, please inform us within 7 working days, together with your order details and fault description.


4. CANCELLATION

For Made to Measure orders, once the order is placed, we do not accept either return nor exchange after 24 working hours as they are already in the progress of manufacturing.
For Made to Order items, once the order is placed, you can cancel or exchange to other in stock items within 7 days. After 7 days we are unable to cancel your order.
